Pam’s Self-Compassion Group Coaching Program Changed My Life!

Pam’s Rewriting Your Story: From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion group coaching program changed my life. I have always been hard on myself for not being perfect, especially during the most difficult times. Although I knew that I wanted to treat myself better, I didn’t know how to. Pam’s coaching program showed me the way and taught me that I am worthy of self-love and self-care, just as I am! 


Every week, we learned about an aspect of self-compassion and then she provided action steps for practice. Having specific things I could do, in addition to understanding the concepts, made a big difference for me. Whether it was reminding myself of what was going well or noticing when I was spending too much energy trying to make others happy, I saw progress every week! 


Pam was very encouraging and reminded us that even 1% is progress. I soon started to notice big and small ways in which I was treating myself with more kindness. And when we met as a group, we celebrated the changes we were seeing in our lives. That gave me more confidence on my path to greater self-compassion.

Mindset is More Positive Now Which Increased My Energy!

 Before coaching with Pam, I was always tired – and had been for a long time.

Feeling Like My Old Self Again -- Light, Free, and Happy

When I started Pam’s Thriving Through Life’s Transitions program in June of 2024, I was feeling lost and alone. My self-esteem was in the dumps and the negative self-talk was slowly destroying me. I saw Pam’s program as a lifeline and I grabbed it for all it was worth.

Went From Feeling Drained and Overwhelmed to Feeling More Positive, Alive, and Enjoying Life Again!

Before coaching with Pam, I felt like a black cloud was over me, and it completely drained me.  I felt restless and had no energy to take care of my health.  I wanted to work on the clutter in my home, but I felt overwhelmed because I did not know where to start, so I did nothing.

 Before coaching with Pam, I not only struggled with poor eating habits but also being in my head too much. I was always trying to guess what others were thinking about me. Went From Burnt-Out Mom to an Empowered, Energetic Force!

Working with Pam as my health coach was truly life-changing for me. I began the 12 week coaching program as a mom of two young children at a time when I felt very personally depleted and burnt-out due to health challenges others in my family had recently gone through and the personal toll it had taken on me as well.


Through Pam's excellent questions and her commitment to helping me "dig deeper" to find the real answers within myself, I completely expanded my definition of health from just a number on the scale to a truly all-encompassing definition.
