Pam’s Self-Compassion Group Coaching Program Changed My Life!

Pam’s Rewriting Your Story: From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion group coaching program changed my life. I have always been hard on myself for not being perfect, especially during the most difficult times. Although I knew that I wanted to treat myself better, I didn’t know how to. Pam’s coaching program showed me the way and taught me that I am worthy of self-love and self-care, just as I am! 


Every week, we learned about an aspect of self-compassion and then she provided action steps for practice. Having specific things I could do, in addition to understanding the concepts, made a big difference for me. Now I Have Hope and More Confidence About the Future With the Tools Pam Taught Me

This fall, I found myself struggling to navigate a ‘new normal.’ Between becoming an empty nester, facing my partner’s sudden health crisis and approaching my own retirement, the life I had worked so hard for didn’t look the way I had planned. Letting Go Of Negative Thinking & Now I Am Free To Be Me W/ More Confidence, Energy & Joy In My Life

 Before coaching with Pam, I not only struggled with poor eating habits but also being in my head too much. I was always trying to guess what others were thinking about me. It was exhausting and stressful. I'd been that way for as long as I could remember, so in the beginning, I was skeptical that anything would change. But Pam was very encouraging and had the ability to listen and ask me questions that made me think.


Since coaching with Pam, I've been able to let go of the negative thinking and just be me. I had two goals: to be free to be who God created me to be and to experience more joy in my life. 


Today, I have more confidence, energy, and joy. One thing Pam said that really resonated with me was that, all people are interesting. I thought I was boring, and that's why people didn't like me. But that kind of thinking was like a self-fulfilling prophecy. When I got out of my head and was just me, I found that people seemed to like me more. And I wanted to know them (because they, too, were interesting). That built my confidence and gave me more energy and joy. Learning to eat healthier and drink more water also helped with sustained energy.


What I love most about coaching with Pam is she is so encouraging, and a great listener. She is very knowledgeable and asks great questions. Went From Feeling Drained and Overwhelmed to Feeling More Positive, Alive, and Enjoying Life Again!

Before coaching with Pam, I felt like a black cloud was over me, and it completely drained me.  I felt restless and had no energy to take care of my health.  I wanted to work on the clutter in my home, but I felt overwhelmed because I did not know where to start, so I did nothing.

Went From Burnt-Out Mom to an Empowered, Energetic Force!

Working with Pam as my health coach was truly life-changing for me. I began the 12 week coaching program as a mom of two young children at a time when I felt very personally depleted and burnt-out due to health challenges others in my family had recently gone through and the personal toll it had taken on me as well.

Amazed At The Changes I Experienced in Pam's Self-Love Group Coaching Program!

Before joining Pam’s “Rewriting Your Story: From Self-Criticism to Self-Compassion” group program, I struggled with feeling negative and critical of myself. I also compared myself to others, and all of this just made me feel exhausted. I was hopeful that things could change from being in Pam’s group, but to be honest, I was skeptical because I had been like this for a while.


To say that I am amazed at the changes I experienced over these past 6 weeks would be an understatement! 


I started practicing some of the action steps that Pam recommended, and my mindset shift started happening! I became aware of my negative thoughts and learned tools to reframe them into more positive/compassionate/kind statements and to be able to “turn down the volume”, which means their effect on me lessened. 


I started saying positive affirmations every morning, and while it was awkward at first, I soon began believing what I was saying, which then created more positive thoughts toward myself. By practicing these tools and others, my overall attitude became more positive, I have more energy, feel calmer in my mind and body, and don’t feel guilty anymore for taking time for myself. 


The best part of the group experience was seeing that there are others who feel like I do - that I wasn’t alone.
