The vessel that sank my life was the “2019 Titanic.” Pam helped me break through that awful life experience and come out as a stronger person. She coached me in looking at friendships, co-workers/boss’s relationships with a new perspective and gave me tools to help me not go down the “rabbit hole” of negativity. Working with Pam as my health coach was truly life-changing for me. I began the 12 week coaching program as a mom of two young children at a time when I felt very personally depleted and burnt-out due to health challenges others in my family had recently gone through and the personal toll it had taken on me as well.
Through Pam's excellent questions and her commitment to helping me "dig deeper" to find the real answers within myself, I completely expanded my definition of health from just a number on the scale to a truly all-encompassing definition. I started meeting with Pam to help with my transition into retirement. She provided strategies and techniques focused on a positive self image. Before our first meeting, I was afraid that I would not have the mental or physical energy to put into practice the things that Pam might ask of me but, after only 3 meetings, I feel much less stressed and I have mental and physical energy that I typically do not possess. After a chaotic incident recently, I was not affected nearly to the degree that I typically would have been as I was able to act upon the situation with a positive can-do attitude instead of reacting and allowing stress to take over.

Since working with Pam, I have a more positive attitude, thoughts, and outlook on life. I feel better about myself.
