Thriving Through Life's Transitions 1-1 Coaching Program

I help women in transition quiet their inner critic, reduce stress, and craft their next step forward with a more positive mindset.


As we meet one-to-one over the 12 weeks, I take you through each of the 5 pillars of my proven system: Declutter, Nourish, Release, Expand, and Embody.  The pillars are a guide/framework.  I will always personalize my program  for you, so you can achieve the positive changes you want in your health and life.   

Declutter

Take steps to overcome overwhelm and stress, enabling you to take action.  By letting go of physical, mental, and emotional clutter (*noise*), it frees you to move closer to the life you want.  The best part -- you are not alone.  I am here by your side during this transition.

Nourish

Perhaps you have been giving to others for so long, which means your needs are on the back burner.  This leads to burnout and exhaustion.  Here it's time to rebuild yourself by prioritizing your physical, emotional, and mental health.  You will experience increased energy, motivation, and clarity, allowing you to give more to others.  You will discover what nourishes your soul and spirit and begin to feel whole again.  

Release

Letting go of false beliefs and unhealthy habits that weigh you down will lead to experiencing newfound freedom to become who you were meant to be!  You'll reignite that spark in your life as you rediscover your authentic self.

Expand

Your confidence and resilience will grow as you step out and explore new things.  You'll experience a feeling of aliveness while uncovering new passions and interests.  You are thriving!

Embody

Here you will own your new self, as you will have different rituals, habits, beliefs, and thoughts.  You will feel transformed physically, mentally, and emotionally.  You will walk the walk with more self-confidence and clarity, having created healthy habits that will last.

Transformation

My clients experience transformation not just at the end of the 12 weeks, but each week, as we work together to achieve the positive changes you desire in your life.
