About Me

My Expertise -- Helping Women in Transition Quiet Their Inner Critic, Reduce Stress, and Craft Their Next Step Forward with a More Positive Mindset

There was a season when stress and overwhelm completely took over my life.


In all my 21 years in Higher Education, I had never experienced a semester like Fall 2021. It literally took me “under.”


I was working long hours between my full-time role and teaching, and was constantly feeling behind. I was exhausted, irritable, and frustrated with myself for falling so far off track with my health and well-being. The harder I tried to push through it, the worse I felt - and I stopped feeling like myself.


In January 2022, I started my coaching training through Health Coach Institute, a decision I had made 6 months earlier when I felt more grounded and healthier. As part of that program, I met one-on-one with a health coach every week.


This all came at exactly the right time.


Everything began to change when I started receiving compassionate one-on-one coaching. 

  

Instead of trying to fix everything at once, I was encouraged to take small, realistic steps that I could actually follow through on. With the accountability, insight, and encouragement from my coach, my stress began to lessen, my mindset softened, and I slowly started to feel like myself again.

  

That experience opened my eyes to the power of 1-1 coaching.


I learned that women don’t need more pressure or willpower; they need support.  Especially during seasons of transition, when things feel uncertain and overwhelming, compassionate guidance can help quiet the inner critic, reduce stress, restore confidence, and create clarity about what comes next.


That’s why my work now focuses on one-on-one and group coaching to support women who are navigating change -- whether they’re feeling stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, or in between chapters -- so they can shift their mindset, reduce stress, and craft their next step forward with more clarity and confidence. 

  

Life is too short to feel miserable. It IS possible to get unstuck so you can move forward toward your life and health goals.

 
This is my passion -- to help women create the health and life they want to be living!
