I graduated from Health Coach Institute in 2022 and since then, I have helped many clients effectively navigate and THRIVE through life and health transitions. It is truly exciting to see my clients take control of their life, health, and well-being so they can feel better about themself and life.
As a Life and Health Transitional Coach, I draw from 4 decades of coaching, mentoring, and serving others – from youth ministry, Higher Education, College Instructor, my certification as a Life and Health Coach, and as a co-author of a book on mentoring (At the Feet of Ordinary Women - NavPress). I bring all of that experience, knowledge, and insight to working with my clients. I provide the support, accountability, and guidance to help them navigate transitions/changes in their health, personal, and professional lives and experience more clarity and direction, less overwhelm and stress, freedom from beliefs and habits that have been holding them down, a stronger self-confidence and self-esteem, and the joy of rediscovering their true self - their authentic self. It is truly a magical, transformative, and life changing experience to witness!
