The 5 Pillars of my Thriving Through Life's Transitions Program

I work with all women, especially those experiencing transitions/changes in their health, personal, or professional life.  These transitions make you feel overwhelmed, stressed, fearful, anxious, isolated, exhausted, foggy-brained, and feel a sense of loss including loss of identity and even grief where you struggle with clarity on how to navigate the transition and changes you are going through.


As I take you through the 5 pillars (framework) of my Thriving Through Life's Transitions Program (see below), I help you navigate the transitions/changes in your life and experience more clarity and direction, replenish your emotional, mental, and physical health, release untrue beliefs and unhealthy habits that no longer serve you, and experience a newfound freedom so you can start taking action, move forward, with a stronger self-confidence, as you rediscover your true self - your authentic self.  ❤️


I. Declutter – take steps to get out of overwhelm and stress so you can begin to take action.  When you let go of the clutter (physical, mental, and emotional), it frees you up to move closer to living the life you wished you had.  Best part, you are not doing this alone.  You have me side by side helping you during this difficult time. 


II. Nourish – it's time to rebuild yourself so you have more energy, motivation, and clarity to do what brings you fulfillment and joy.  This will allow you to do what you were too tired and unable to do before because of how you felt or what your schedule was like. 


III. Release – we focus on beliefs and habits that bring you happiness, peace, and improved overall health, rather than habits and beliefs that weigh you down.


IV. Expand – here your confidence is growing and you are now stepping out and trying new things, which is exciting as you learn more about yourself -- as you begin developing new skills and interests with renewed direction.  You are thriving!  


V. Embody – start owning your new self as you have different rituals, different habits, different beliefs, different thoughts, and feel totally transformed in  your body - physically, mentally, and emotionally.  You are walking the walk with more self-confidence and clarity!  You have now created healthy habits that will last!
