Before we can love others well, we need to first love ourself. ❤️ But sometimes, that is easier said than done -- because we can be so hard on ourselves. And many times we don't say the nicest things to ourselves about ourselves.
So this Valentine Season, join me for a 3-day "Love is In The Air" Facebook Challenge that is all about learning (and practicing) how to love yourself better, which will result in treating yourself better too, and that leads to ➡️ feeling better about ourselves. 💝
The 3-day Facebook Challenge includes:
* An informative and encouraging daily video by Pam (6-8 min)
* Inspirational messages throughout the day in the Facebook group
* A challenge (manageable action step) to do each day that will help you grow in your self-love
* A community with others who also want to grow in their self-love. This community will be one of the best parts of this Self-Love Challenge as we can learn from each other, be encouraged by each other, and help each other grow in our health and life journeys.
The Facebook Challenge will open up on Sunday, February 2, and will stay open until a week after the Facebook Challenge ends. This will allow you to participate as much or as little as you want -- and when you want to.
